Jake K. I arrived for a no heat call. I first spoke with the owner and they said we were just out 2-3 weeks ago and the system will not light now. I looked for the customers information and found no history of the customer. I inspected the system and found the control board to not be supplying 120V to the hot surface igniter. I made this aware to the homeowner and they approved for me to replace the control board. I replaced the board and cycled the system on and found it to be running properly. There is a one year warranty on the control board.
