Jake K. I arrived for a previous customer previously location. I arrived and spoke with the tenant and found that the system has not been heating. I inspected the system and found that the unit had no gas to the furnace. I then tracked the gas meter down in the back yard and found the meter in the off position. I let the tenant know the issue and she is tracking down to see why her gas had been shut off. I’m did find the system to be dirty and in need of cleaning but this is not why the system will not come on at this time. I can’t properly check the systems operation without gas supplied to the furnace.
