Austin 1/21/25 Completed 80% carrier furnace tuneup. During the visit I went through the system, thoroughly checking all the mechanical parts and functionality of the system, and during the visit, I did not discover any issues. All the parts were reading in the right range as a manufactured specs show, which is always a great thing I also check gas pressure to make sure it was adjusted down to the level it should be, and it certainly was so during the visit, I inspected the entire system and the airflow of it and all checked out and I did vacuum out the filter on the furnace and vacuumed some of the dust and debris around the furnace and hot water tank to make sure it was all clean. The homeowner is doing remodels in the home so it got a little dusty but since it is an IAQ 3000 set up with the V bulb and filter. It was only a month old so I went ahead and cleaned it up to help it last that 3 to 4 months time range but as of now everything is working properly and the customer is good t
