03FEB2025 Jason Brown Arrived for blue club fall tune up service. Spoke with Geoff about the systems performance they explained that the system is working well. I replaced the homeowner provided filter then inspected heat exchanger and evap coil. Spin blower wheel by Hand and checked blades for cleanliness. I then inspected the inducer motor and cleaned the flame sensor. After checking through all safeties I cycled the system and checked all amps and voltages. Set gas pressure and temperature rises cycled equipment into cooling and fan only. System is working properly at this time. Spoke with Geoff about his UV bulb and replacement. Those bulbs are recommended to be replaced every two years. Attached is estimate. Thanks guys always good to see you!
