Came out to call for a no cool. Customer stated that the AC wasn’t cooling properly and was running constantly. Checked system over and found the unit super low on refrigerant. Discussed with customer about my findings. The condenser coil has been peed on by several dogs and has eroded the bottom of the condenser coil about 6” around the front of the AC unit. When we installed it, I did advise that customer put a blockade around the unit to keep the dogs away from it. Told customer that I would do a complimentary leak search. Found leak in condenser coil. Went over options with customer. Customer is going to hold off for now and have the work done another time due to financial reasons.
