Duct cleaning, new customer. Andrew J and Kianoosh M out to inspect ductwork. Spoke with homeowner and they h ave cats they do not want let out. Inspected ductwork and found it to be composed of older gray Mylar and falling apart. A duct cleaning would only tear this ductwork up. Talked about leaving an estimate for new ductwork and customer asked for one. Also left an estimate for blown insulation as an added courtesy. System needs 9 total supply cut ins.
