Tom M. 1-6-25. Two system silver club maintenance. On arrival customer stated that the newer of the two systems is not heat. Noticed the burners ignite then the system completely shut off. Noticed the spade connection to flame sensor was loose. Dc micro amp signal is 2.7. Pressure switch stays closed the whole time. System is working now all components test within manufacturer specifications. If system stops heating again the circuit board is not sensing flame and will need to be replaced. Product number is 58cva135- - - 16122. System #2. Cleaned flame sensor. Set gas pressure. Blower motor bearings are good. Capacitor test 7.5 rated for 7.5. Inspected the heat exchanger noticed it has some rust but is not breached. IDM amps .7. Flue Co is good at 20 ppm. Fuel efficiency 81%. All components test within manufacturer specifications. Systems are heating properly at this time.
