Completed the warranty service call during the visit. I checked the system to see what was going on. After hearing what the code was and seeing the fuse that was in there on the board was loose and there was a few 24 V connections that were loose as well. I adjusted all the connections And reset it and used a tester fuse so that if it popped it would only need to be reset on that instead of wasting fuses, and it never popped again even after turning the AC on, it never popped and that instance, so as of now doing the little adjustments that were needed and putting a new fuse on the control board set it in the slots, much deeper like they should. There was no issues with the system. It is now heating like it should , at least it was a very easy solution and nothing too big and the customer is right back to having a warm home once again
