Mr James was he was not the issue. The tech showed and was here for 2 min and stated our issue was not the ac. Then called the office to see if we were gonna to be charged the office said yes 89.95 for 5 minutes. In my estimation that is horrible customer relations. Especially after we spent $18000.00 on a whole ac system. Absolutely ridiculous!! The extended warranty that we also paid for stated service were 79.95 so this doesn't even stand behind signed contracts. So on principle I want my 10 bucks. Horrible company ethics
