Completed duct cleaning for the Rodriguez family. Arrived on job site and introduced myself to Mrs.Rodriguez. Customer is currently a white shield member getting it three year cleaning today and Mrs. Rodriguez was wondering how the cleaning process works. So I explained it to her step-by-step in detail on what would happen, and how long it would possibly take me to complete the job. After explaining to her what would happen I immediately started inspecting ductwork inside the home and was feeling comfortable with the cleaning in shortly confirmed with her that it was good to clean. After getting confirmation to go ahead and start, I placed down drop sheets in every room to catch any residual dust that may fall and let down all the grills and started the cleaning. Each Supply (9) took about 4 passes each and each return (3) took about 2-4 a passes each.
