Austin’s 12/13/24 Completed the furnace tuneup after going through the system, thoroughly and making sure everything on the system was in manufacture specs. I did have to adjust the gas pressure on the gas valve itself for the system and I did vacuum and brush out any dust inside of the equipment and around the doors, outside of that everything else was running great and running exactly how it should. The system is fairly new and shouldn’t have problems but that is what the warranties and stuff are for in case there is issues we can resolve them and make sure it’s working great but as of now, no issues was discovered , I did change out the filter on the furnace, which was 1 )-14x25x1 and made sure it was clean and working good. Also check static pressure and temperature split and as of now all the ratings were good and no issues on the mechanical side. I had also brought up putting a surge protector on the furnace itself to help protect the expensive investment that heat and air can be
