I arrived to inspect a red membership fall tune up. I first inspected the filter and replace the filter. I then inspect the system located in the attic and found the metal duct to be intact but the insulation around the duct has been torn apart from animals in the attic. I inspect the evaporator coil and found it to have small amount of debris on the evaporator coil. I cycled the heat on and found all components to be running properly at this time. I suggested to replace the filters more often to prevent the system from getting clogged up with debris. Overall this system is running to the best of its abilities at this time.
