Jake Kring. 02-06-25. I arrived for a silver member tune up X2. I spoke with the homeowner and found that both systems have been running well. He showed me the location of both systems. I first inspected the downstairs system and found it to be faulting out due to the flame censor was not sending voltage back to the control board. I cleaned the censor and found the system to come on and stay running. I also found the flame censor on the downstairs system to be in the same poor condition. I also found the blower wheel and motor to be vibrating on downstairs system. I explained my findings and recommended to replace the system vs making costly repairs on the system. We discussed the duct work and how it causes stress on the system for it to cause the system to start to become unbalanced and cause the housing to vibrate. We decided to email the repair cost and they will see if they want to preform any preventative repairs.
