Blue shield club cooling maintenance. Joe(JC)Ritchal. 03/03/2023 Performed full system evaluation and safety inspection. Arrived to perform because Summers annual summer service. The customer didn’t have any questions for me so I went ahead and checked the thermostat then washed out condenser. The condenser was pretty dirty so I pulled it apart to wash it out. I then Checked The air handler and drain pan and drain line. Evaporator coil was in good shape. The drain line and drain pan were both clear. I the checked the condenser which was in good shape. The refrigerant charge was good and the compressor and condenser fan were both in good shape. The contactor was good but the fan side of capacitor had gotten weak. I got the go ahead from the customer to replace the capacitor. After I replaced the capacitor a double checked the various components of the system and they were both in good shape.
