Jake K. I arrived for a new customer new system bid X2. I spoke with the homeowner and found that they are wanting a 4 ton and a 2 ton system installed. We went through the building and discussed where the system can go and pass code and what will need to be done to get the system running to the best of their abilities with what limited space is available to install the system and the duct work. The systems will be installed in the upflow position and the owners are responsible for building the base for the system to be set on. We will set the outdoor systems and run the line set but the owners are responsible for installing the disconnect and whip to both condensers. Depending on of the owners want the air handlers to have heat they will have to purchase the heat strips and run the proper power to both indoor systems vs if they want the system to run as a straight ac with no back up heat or a heatpump installed.
