16APR2024 Jason Brown Arrived for new customer blue club summer tune up service. I spoke with Conan about the systems performance as the homeowners were not here. Cycled cooling at the thermostat, inspected blower, coil, and ductwork. Found the coil clean, however the insulation was coming off of the cabinets. I reglued the insulation in place. Found blower motor amps within spec, wheel balanced and capacitor reading 5/5 mfd I did not find any signs of oil leaks. I then inspected the ductwork and found the system calling for 1200 CFM at a .5 static pressure. When performing static pressure test I found the system high at .8 static. On the supply plenum there is a duct that was removed, where the duct used to be it’s getting very cold. And may lead to growth around that area. Buttoned up equipment and moved outside. Washed the condenser coils and inspect all electrical connections and components. Found capacitor within tolerance, contactor reading 19.8 ohms across the coil, and electric
