Blue shield club AC maintenance. Joe(JC)R 08/11/2024 Performed full system evaluation and safety inspection. I arrived to perform the customer’s annual AC maintenance. The customer didn’t have any questions and said everything was running well and with issues. I the pulled apart the condenser the washed it out. I then checked the air handler And found that the blower motor capacitor was getting weak but the rest of the unit was running well. I then checked the condenser which was for the most part running well but the condenser capacitor was getting weak. The capacitor was replaced less than a year ago so I replaced for free. The rest of condenser was running well and without issues. I replaced the filter for the customer and received permission from the customer to replace the blower capacitor. The system is running well at this time.
