Came out to call for a system not operating properly. Customer stated that the unit has been cooling fine up until yesterday. He was having issues with the system blowing warm air and the thermostat flashing cool, but not kicking the AC on. I checked the system over and found the condensation drain backed up and the float switch tripped. Discussed with customer about what I found and what needed to be done. I was able to blow out drain using installed jones valve, then did an inspection of the air handler and test drain to verify it is now draining properly. Discussed using a pan treatment in coil and customer was not interested. He also stated that he hasn’t received a call for the maintenance he was supposed to have done a couple of months ago. I told him I could take care of it today. I washed condenser coil thoroughly. Inspected the condenser coil, fan motor, compressor, capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. Checked system operation, amps, temperatures and pressures of AC. S
