Came out to perform preventative maintenance on AC system. Customer was wanting the heater checked out while I was here, so I did that as well. Changed out filters in home for customer. Inspected the blower assembly, motor, evaporator coil, electrical components, heating elements, drain and overall condition of equipment in closet. Found evaporator coil will need to be cleaned soon, due to dust and debris build up forming. Customers Remi Halo UV is due for a new bulb. Customer will look into getting it replaced next service. Cycled system in heat and checked amp draw on motor and electrical elements. Heater is operating properly at this time. Washed condenser coil thoroughly. Inspected all components on ac system. Cycled unit on and checked amps, temperatures, and pressures of AC. System is cooling properly at this time.
