Austin 1/20/25 Completed The air handler and heat pump tuneup during the visit. I went through the system thoroughly to check all of the mechanical/electronica parts and during the visit I discovered on the air handler that the heat strips are bad. There is only one strip that is currently working, but is not producing enough heat to even support any heat load in the home and it would be a very expensive electric bill if it was continuously running, so thankfully, they have a heat pump outside, taking care of the heat load and it is doing a very good job at it other than the heat strips. The air handler was working good on all the other components , just the heat strips need to be replaced. Then I proceeded to go outside and check the heat pump and during that inspection of the parts on the system it was actually running good and within range and as of now I have no worry about the heat pump keeping up and doing what it needs to do for the home and as of now the homeowner approved repl
