Austin 1/27/25 Returned to repair the heat strip kit that was ordered at carrier after picking up the parts and getting to the home to swap them out, they gave me the box with the disconnects in them, as well as the whole heat strip kit with the sequencers and everything already together, which made it easy to replacebecause it was all interchangeable and much better for the homeowner. Since now it is all brand new for him so that now there is less likely to have issues later with the heat strip kits or even the breaker since now they are new but after swapping it out, I turned on the emergency heat and tested out through the whole system to make sure it was all working good and everything was in range and working great. Last time there was only one heat strip working now all of them are heating the house much better, and even the homeowners said that he could tell the heat was working much better
