Sam J - arrived customers home for a no cool on a horizontal furnace in the attic, customer explained that the system is only a few months old. Got approval for the diagnostic fee and began service. Once I got to the condenser and I realize the compressor was not running and the phase monitor was faulted on locked rotor amps. Determined that the compressor was overheated later finding out due to a refrigerant leak. Spoke with customer and he decided to call the installing company to resolve the issue as it would be under their first year warranty. System is in the same shape as I found it when I arrived.
