I arrived for a no cool call. I first inspected the indoor system and found the secondary drain pan to be holding water and a large amount of growth. I found the frame of the air handler to be sagging and bent. This is causing the drain pan and coil to lean and leak water. I also found a refegerant leak in the evaporator coil. I recommend to replace the indoor system instead of trying to straighten the frame of the air handler and replace the missing and broken brackets in the evaporator coil housing.
