20MAR2024 Jason Brown Arrived for silver club fall tune up service. Spoke with the homeowner about the systems performance. It’s working well, nothing in particular needS attention. Inspected furnace. Disconnect power inspect wheel and motor. Inspected capacitor and all amp draws. Verified wiring and electrical connections. Cycled equipment into cooling. Disconnect power to AC. Wash condenser coils. Test cap, contactor, and all electrical connections/ components at the AC. Restored power and checked pressures. Pressures are good, however with the home being cool and outside at 72 there is no heat load on the house. System is cooling properly at this time.
