25MAR2024 Jason Brown Arrived for recent install noise/vibration service call. I spoke with Mrs Faye about the systems performance. It’s a hard sound to replicate however it’s making a du du du noise as it’s starting, and the vibration is there but subtle. Cycled equipment on at the thermostat and listened to the start up with homeowner. We did not hear anything. Opened all doors and panels on the equipment. Spun wheel by and to verify balance. Cycled system several times in heating. Gas pressure is set at 3.54 with a good flame and proper heat rise (51/30-60) external static is right at .36/.5 iwc. Checked around attic for anything to be vibrating. I found no issues with the equipment at this time.
