Completed duct cleaning inspection for Mr.Hansel today. Arrived to jobsite and spoke with Mr.Hansel and his son about duct cleaning. The Hansel’s have been living in home for about 8 years now and property had 8 floor vents in total and 2 ceiling returns. I asked them questions about their vent system and tried to pinpoint what was the cause of calling us out here today. Mr.Hansel has trouble with his airflow in his room and wanted it to be cleaned out, his room was the worst he mentioned when it came to airflow he proclaimed. I spoke to him and his son about duct cleaning and what it could do to benefit and let him know that I was going to due a thorough inspection to give them all the information to let them know what their getting into. Performed inspection and inspected duct work in attic space to be good. No leaky ductwork and was sealed good. Inspected all 8 floor vents and found it to be filled with sand and Mr.hansels room the most. After finding what I found I spoke with both
