Jake K. I arrived for a previous customer no cool call. I spoke with the homeowner and found the system to be running for a short time then shutting off. She showed me the location of the indoor system and outdoor system and I inspected both units. I found the blower wheel and evaporator coil to be dirty and in need of cleaning. I also found the condenser to be completely stopped up. I cleaned the condenser and tested the system run after the condenser cleaning. I found the condensate pump to have failed. I found the pump to be running consistently but the pump will not output any water. I tried to blow out the 3/8 drain line that is ran through the attic but the tubing is getting brittle and stopped up. This line needs to be replaced. I let the homeowner know that the pump will need to be replaced for the system to run. She did not want to replace the pump but let the system run into the floors to get the air conditioning system running. I did not recommend this but I did recommend to
