17APR2024 Jason Brown Arrived for blue club summer tune up service. Spoke with homeowner about the systems performance. It’s working great! Inspected coil and blower motor. Coil is heavily rusted but clean, cleared some run out of the drain pan. Inspected AC. Checked cap, contactor, compressor and fan motor. Found cap reading 40/5 of 40/5 fan at .9a and compressor at 11.4a contactor has no resistance across it, and is reading 9.8 ohms on the coil. Washed out condenser coils and cycled cooling. checked pressures. Cleaned up work areas applied fresh tape around to evap. Replaced 14x25 filter. Spoke with homeowner about my findings. System is working great at this time!
