28JAN2025 Jason Brown Arrived for a call about the flue pipe being removed. Spoke with Mike, and Mark. Apparently the pipe was pulled out, they tried to find another pipe, however could not find that particular brand. When I arrived the pipe was put back, I inspected the flue from the attic and found no joints broken or anything disconnected. I then spoke with Cathy and Mike and found that someone had reinstalled it. We cycled the furnace together and verified its operating safely. System is heating properly at this time.
