Isaac J. 1-28-25 Came out to call for a system not heating properly. Customer stated that we were out for the same issue a couple of weeks ago, and it’s happening again. Let him know that I went through the notes and had a pretty good idea about what’s going on, but will check it over and see it for myself. Customer and I went into the attic and we began to discuss what was happening. System would run for a few seconds then shut off. Customer already had the gas checked to the home and unit as well and it was good. I checked system over and found the flame sensor still had some build up on it. Used some low grade sand paper to clean it, and then tested the system. Customer cycled unit on from his phone and I checked operation. Found system to fire up properly and run longer than the few seconds that customer had said before. Took a reading on the flame sensor and found it reading 2.9-3 micro amps. Told customer that it’s low reading could be causing it to fault intermittently and I rec
