Came out to perform maintenance on furnace. Customer met me at front door and showed me where the thermostat and location of system were. Discussed with customer about maintenance, filters and how things were going. Customer has already replaced the filters. I inspected the blower assembly, motor, electrical components, heating components, evaporator coil, heat exchanger and overall condition of equipment. Customer has a premier one uv system and I discussed with her about replacing the bulbs that have gone out. Customer will look into getting some from where she orders the filters, and will give us a call if she wants to go through us instead. Heat exchanger has some wear, but nothing concerning. Cleaned flame sensor and dust off the burners and components. Checked operation, amps, temperatures and gas pressure. System is heating properly at this time.
