Arrived for 2 zone blue club member AC tune-up. Washed both condensers and changed the filters. Refrigerant pressures check out good on both units. Unit for office/entrance area is all pretty clean and blower motor and capacitor check out good. Unit for exam area blower motor checks out good and evaporator coil is clean Concerns: 1. The unit for the break area is very old but is working. Recommend getting a quote on replacement 2. Blower capacitor for exam room unit is reading low 8.4/10 recommend replacing 3. Condenser fan motor for front and office unit is pulling close to max rated amps 1.48/1.52. Keep and ear out for any squeaking from that unit. If some is noticed recommend replacing before it completely goes out. Overall the units are working properly and cooling well
