Jake Kring. 11-27-24. I arrived for a club member fall tune up. I spoke with the homeowner and found that she has a cover she wants to put on the condenser. I put the cover on the condenser and turned the disconnect off to keep the condenser from coming on with the cover on the system. I let the homeowner know that the power is off to the condenser and will have to be tuned back on once the cover is off of the outdoor condenser. I then inspected the indoor system and found that the electrical compressor are running well but the way the plenum is transitioned the heat strips are starting to put off some light. The air flow is not not a straight shot though the heat strips to the plenum and this is causing the left side of the heat strips to get hot and may cause issues or the system to stop heating. I informed the homeowner of the issue and we discussed replacing the heat strips but the problem may come back if we do not correct the plenum. I explained how the plenum and the transition
