07JAN2024 Jason Brown Arrived for non club no heat. Spoke with homeowner about the systems performance. They explained that the home was recently purchased, that the equipment was updated in 2015. The breaker tripped and the system was blowing cold air. We inspected the breaker and AC, then checked the air handler. We found the 2 pole 20a breaker that was tripping was not connected the the system. I removed the heat strips inspected the elements sequencers and all electrical connections at the air handler. Tested run cap and blower motor. While inspecting the equipment the heat strips cycled on. Checked amps at each strip and cycled system on and off to test operation. System is heating with a ~35 degree heat rise.
