Jake Kring. 01-30-25. I arrived for a recall on a system we added a return on. They explained to me that the system is working no but the system started blowing cold air and would not stop. I inspected the system and found the unit to come on and run in heat mode just fine. The total static pressure is 0.43 and the temperature rise was 48-50 deg. The return static pressure was 0.13 and the supply static was above triple the return at 0.30 IWC. Both heat strips are pulling 20.2 and 20.1 amps. The blower motor was running at 1.6 amps. All electrical readings are within normal range per the systems data plate. The static pressure is showing the system to be breathing in air as it should be but the supply side is retaining a lot of pressure and this could cause the system to over heat. I did not see the system to fault out at this time for any reason other than a high supply static pressure. I explained how the limit switch’s could be getting weak if the system has been cycling on limits
