I found the system to be running as best as it can with it being undersized for the house and the duct work to be undersized for the 2.5 ton system. They are having trouble with the system keeping up in some rooms. I found the supply duct to be installed poorly and making U turns. This makes the air slow down and makes it difficult to cool the house evenly. I explained my findings to the homeowner and we due to try and track down the parts and then finance the duct work installation. This will let the air through the system and help get air to the bedrooms that are having a harder time cooling. This will not fix the air flow properly.
