Jake Kring. 10-09-24. I arrived for a club member fall and summer tune up. I spoke with the homeowner and found that the system has been running well. I first replaced both filters and I inspected the air handler in the attic. I found the system to be running well and the heat strips to be operating properly. I then inspected the heatpump and found the system to be fairly clean. I also followed the capacitor to be reading low and I showed the homeowner how it’s running at its lowest rate that it’s recommended to run at per the manufacturer data plate. We decided to replace the capacitor at this time. I replaced the capacitor and cleaned the condenser inside and out. I then cycled the system back on and checked the systems amp draws and refrigerant readings and found the system to be running well.
