No cool/heat. Joe(JC)Ritchal. 10/21/2024 Performed full system evaluation and safety inspection. I arrived to a call where the customer said that when he turned the heat on it didn’t start and the ac wouldn’t come on again. I found the the fuse had fail and the top contactor in the air handler had a short. I replaced both the fuse and contactor. I checked out the system and found that it was in good condition. The customer is wanting to think about the club plans
