28JAN2025 Jason Brown Arrived for club tune up. Spoke with Homeowner about the systems performance. They explained that the system has been working just fine. However they had some questions regarding the thermostat. We inspected the stat together and cycled the system on each stage. We then set the thermostat back to heating and I moved upstairs to look at the air handler. Pulled all panels and inspected evap and blower wheel. Checked over motor and electrical connections. Cycled the system through heating, emergency, and aux heat. Buttoned up air handler and inspected the heat pump. Checked all electrical connections and components at the heat pump. Checked reversing valve and defrost. System is working properly at this time. Discussed pan treatments while out and we decided to replace the old treatment.
