Came out to do preventative maintenance on furnace for customer. Customer met me at front door and we discussed maintenance needed, any issues, and filters. Customer stated the furnace has been running fine and that he already took care of the filters. He asked if I could check the AC as well, since I’m here. I started my inspection with the equipment in garage. Inspected the blower assembly, motor, electrical components, inducer motor, pressure switch, gas valve, burners, flame sensor, ignitor, heat exchanger, evaporator coil, drain and overall condition of equipment. Evaporator coil is rusted, heat exchanger also has some hot spots. Checked furnace operation, amps, temperatures and gas pressures. Furnace is heating properly at this time.Cleaned condenser coil thoroughly. Inspected condenser coil, compressors, fan motor, capacitors, contactors and overall operation.
