Jake Kring. 07-15-2024. I arrived for a noise issue on a tiny home. I spoke with the homeowner and she showed me that when the system shuts off and about 10-30 seconds later there is a one time popping sound coming from the system. I inspected the system and found the unit to be in fair condition and the drain line to not be assembled properly. I checked all components and found the system to be running well but the system has a lot of water running out from under and on the sides of the system. After I got the system clean I found that the 1.5 ton system is on duct work that is too small for the system. The noise is coming from the duct work that is bowing inwards while it’s running and after the blower motor stops the duct pops back into place causing a one time thud noise. I explained the noise issue and the drain issue. I recommended to add a P-trap to the system to prevent the system from overflowing with water and rusting the system out from the inside of the system. I also expla
