Arrived at the home to provide silver club maintenance for the customers. Was greeted by the customer at the front door where he showed me the air handlers and thermostat. Customers have been using heat without issues. While doing maintenance I checked all aspects on both Air Handlers. Checked operations of heating elements, blower motors, sequencers, electrical connections, evaporator coils for cleanliness, blower wheel for cleanliness, checked safeties, both air handlers are working properly. Checked both heat pumps for proper operation as well. Checked compressor amps, condenser fan motors for proper amps, checked capacitors for proper rating and ranges, checked coils for cleanliness. Also checked both reversing valve’s defrost timer’s, electrical connections. Both heat pumps are working properly. Did find one system with the blower motor run capacitor reading weak and out of range. Customer said that he would replace the run capacitor himself. Other than the run capacitor no
