Jake Kring. 02-11-25. I arrived for a club member duct work estimate. I inspected the system and found the unit to be a upflow in a hall closet. I sized the air flow to all rooms and bid to replace the duct per the correct air flow to all rooms. The homeowner wanted a bid to leave the same size duct in place and not to replace the grills or supply boots. I explained that there will be no comfort guarantee if we only replace the duct with what size is already in place. They wanted to go over both estimation and see what they will want to replace the dust work with.
