Performed preventative maintenance on heat pump system. Inspected filter, blower assembly, motor, electrical components, evaporator coil, electrical elements, ductwork and overall condition of equipment in attic. Inspected condenser coil, compressor, condenser fan, capacitor, electrical components on heat pump. Ran emergency heat and checked amps and temperatures of electrical elements. All amps were good and had no issues. Cycled on heat pump and checked operation, wiring, amps, temperatures and pressures. Condenser fan motor and some oil residue on it. Amps were still within range. Recommended customer have us come back out to do an AC maintenance in spring/summer to recheck fan motor amps and operation of AC. Went over maintenance plan and also discussed duct cleaning. Customer had some remodeling done and the dust and debris made their way into the ductwork.
