05JUN2023 Jason Brown Arrived for new customer no cool. Spoke with the homeowner about the systems performance. It stopped working sometime last night, it says it’s on and cooling but nothing is happening. Inspected package unit with homeowner. Found L1 burnt in contactor and fuse blown. Upon further inspection of the board I found ants all over the resistor. Cooling relay is cooked. Called Carrier to verify warranty and availability of parts. Spoke with homeowner about my findings. Carrier is closing in a couple minutes, so we are scheduling the repairs for midday Wednesday. Flipped disconnect to prevent further damage to equipment. Installed new OEM Board and contactor. Cycled cooling at equipment and verified amps/ voltages. Rewired low voltage and had homeowner cycle equipment at t
