We have all had to wait for the cable guy who is very often late for his appointment with you. In my case, it was me who was late for the appointment. When I realized I would be late I called Interstate Heating and AC to give them a heads up that I wouldn't be there at the agreed-upon time. It was not a problem. I was told that the technician would just wait patiently and that's exactly what happened. Joe was waiting for me when I got home. He was completely unbothered by the short break in his schedule. He got right to work, checking out the furnace in the attic and the air conditioner outside. He was very thorough and even sent me pictures of the work he had done. I have had contracts with these guys since I moved here 13 years ago here and I recommend them without reservation.
