29JUL2024 Jason Brown Arrived for follow up on refrigerant install. Spoke with Barbara about the system. It’s working well I have no complaints about its performance. Disconnect power to equipment. Install 10kw heat kit. Wrap armaflex in tape to hide the liquid line, then covered lineset penetration with sheetmetal. Cleaned up silicone around disconnect. Got model and serial numbers for Barbara’s warranty certificate. Showed Barbara my work and cleaned up work areas. System is working properly at this time!
