Blue shield club heater maintenance. Joe(JC)R. 11/25/2024 Performed full system evaluation and safety inspection. I arrived to perform the customer’s annual heater maintenance. The tenant said that everything was running well and there were no questions. I the checked the furnace. The heat exchanger and heater components were in good shape and running well. The blower motor capacitor was getting weak. The capacitor was at 4.3MFD and was rated for 5. The customer had me replace with a mini turbo capacitor. I also replaced the filter the customer. The system is operating correctly at this time. The turbo capacitor has a 5 year warranty
