Austin 1/31/25 Completed the furnace tuneup on the 90% carrier furnace in the attic and also check the mini split for the pool room and during the visit the customer did talk about there being a leak on the mini split but the leak was never found and needed a more thorough check to find it so during today’s visit, I checked a few spots that I know mini splits are common to leak at just to be sure to eliminate those areas and during the visit, I opened up the king valves to check and see if maybe it’s leaking out of there and sure enough both king valves were leaking out Freon out of them very slowly, but overtime. It would leak out enough to start causing issues so as of now I brought up that issue to the homeowner about taking care of it and adding the refrigerant back to it because it is not that low but it’s low enough to need more refrigerant and he decided he wanted to take care of it and get it done and over with so I was able to put some rubber rings in the king vale caps and
