This company had me at hello. Our first interaction was 9 years ago, middle of August and our capacitor went out. We called, they set it up, Kai (the owner himself) came out and made the repair. We signed up for the silver service for $19.99 a month to maintain our unit and get us a discount on any services or repairs. Every technician we’ve had our has been professional, kind and very knowledgeable. Never a bad experience and seem to always go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied.
